Question: I am having trouble getting my ink cartridge out of my pen. What should I do? Answer: You'll need to ask a grown-up to gently twist and remove the ink cartridge with a pair of pliers. When you are finished decorating and baking the pen, and are ready to put the cartridge back in, have an adult press it in against a very hard surface to get it all the way back in. |

Question: After making my gel candle I lit it. It burned for only a minute, then went out. I can't relight it. What should I do? Answer: It is very important that you cut the gel candle into very tiny pieces, not big chunks. If your pieces are too large, your candle will not stay lit. Also, make sure you press the gel candle pieces firmly into the glass votive, then add more and press it down. The better you pack down the gel candle pieces, the better your candle will stay lit. If you need replacement wicks, have an adult call our toll-free number, (877) 226-5391. |

Question: My candle wax beads arrived in the mail stuck together in a big lump. What can I do? Answer: Use the end of a butter knife to break the beads apart. You can also try gently hitting the wax with a hammer. If you cannot get the beads apart, have your mom or dad call us toll-free at (877) 226-5391 for a new candle kit. |
